Broach Photography respects your privacy. This policy explains what information is collected when you visit my galleries and how it is used.

What I collect: When you visit a gallery, basic information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages viewed may be logged for security and analytics. When you make a purchase, your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information are collected to process and fulfill your order. Payments are processed securely by Stripe and/or PayPal — I never see or store your full card details.

How I use it: Your information is used only to deliver your order, communicate with you about your gallery or purchase, and improve your experience. I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

Cookies: This gallery uses cookies to keep you logged in, remember your favorites, and analyze site traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may stop working.

Third parties: Gallery hosting and order processing are provided by Pixieset, with payments handled by Stripe and/or PayPal. Each of these providers has its own privacy practices, which I encourage you to review.

Your rights: You may request a copy of any personal data I hold about you, or request that it be deleted, by contacting me directly. I will respond within a reasonable time frame.
